Muscle Explosion - 28 Day Mass Building Challenge



After burning 14% body fat during my recent transformation, it is now time for me to pack on some serious muscle. I have chosen to follow Nick Nilsson’s “Muscle Explosion” program which was an easy decision to make. Summer is nearly here and the idea of slamming muscle on my body in 28 days is very appealing. I want to make the most out of this program and I’ve come up with a way where we will all benefit. I’m putting on a 28 day Muscle Explosion Mass Building Challenge.
